A major security flaw has been discovered in critical vendor-supplied software that helps power infrastructure. Starting June 24th, we will begin emergency maintenances. The maintenance window will last around 72 hours, during which time all customer servers will be updated. Due to the scope and urgency of this maintenance, we will be unable to provide exact reboot times, and will be unable to reschedule reboots. This kernel update simply requires a reboot of all host servers, and the average downtime for this process is around 20 minutes. We expect this process to occur without incident, and request that you refrain from opening a support ticket during this window unless you believe your product to be offline for greater than 20 minutes.
